At first, a chair made of solid plastic sounds rather like the common stacking variants from the local hardware store. Outdoor pool, allotment and permanent campers say hello. Far from it! Not so with the design by Jasper Morrisson. Vitra has been producing his design since 2016 and has been conquering the hearts of design lovers ever since. Ours too! Jasper Morrison grew up in New York and studied, among other places, at the Royal College of Art in London and at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Berlin. His designs are characterized by reduced and graceful forms of design.

At first glance, the All Plastic Chair is reminiscent of the simple, classic wooden chairs that have been familiar in Europe for many decades. Just the typical look of a simple kitchen chair. Robust and suitable for all situations. The chair takes this typology and develops it decisively with a new material in expression and functionality.
